Returns and Refunds:
- We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following cases:
- If the wrong order is shipped.
- If your order arrives damaged.
Requirements:
- For damaged items, please provide photo proof of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order.
- All claims must be submitted via email to our customer service team.
Important Notes:
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
- Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before placing your order, as we cannot process returns for incorrect addresses.
SHIPPING INFO
Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday), including fulfillment time.
Expedited Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the following business day. Note that expedited orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST, as well as those placed on Saturday or Sunday, will ship on Monday.
UPS Delivery: UPS operates on business days. For example, a UPS Next Day order placed Thursday after 5 PM EST will ship Friday and deliver on Monday. Next Day delivery ensures arrival by 12 PM, while Next Day Air Saver delivers by the end of the business day.
